Our PreXLR program is designed to accelerate the validation process of your concept through direct engagement with customers. Over 12 weeks, we focus on assessing the commercial viability of your idea by addressing uncertainties and evaluating potential risks.

Here is what our process entails:

Hypothesis Formation
We start by creating hypotheses about your concept's market fit and potential impact.
Customer Interviews
By engaging with customers, we gather insights directly from your target market.
Data Analysis and Iteration
We analyze the feedback, refininf our hypothesys with each cycle of qualitative data.

We tackle these processes in 5 phases

Prolem Discovery

Our first step is to identify the most urgent issues faced by a specific customer segment, ensuring we target genuine needs.

02/

Solution Discovery

Once we've pinpointed a problem, our focus shifts to creating solutions that outperform existing options in efficiency, cost, and/or speed.

03/

Prototyping

Here, we create a visual representation or outline the techincal details of our proposed solution. This prototype will be instrumental in the next phase, helping to illustrate our pitch.

04/

Pitch MVP

The goal is to secure your first committed customers, validating the market's demand for our solution. Successful pitches at this stage are vital for proving your business's viability

05/

Business Case Development

We compile all our learnings into a comprehensive business case. This document is crucial for informing stakeholders about the project's potential and deciding on further investment.

And now we repeat

This cycle is repeated approximately ten times or until we achieve consensus on the results. Our goal is to point out the exact problem your potential customers are facing. We then explore viable solutions, testing each of them to ensure a perfect problem-solution match. Finally, we integrate technology to enhance and solidify this fit. By the end of the PreXLR process, you will have a well-validated concept, ready for the next stages of development and eventual market introduction.

We supervise the process, we facilitate the conversation and we continuously offer feedback.

In an online environment, we meet up weekly to elaborate on our methods, next steps, and to make sure that we keep the pace high. After all, we aim for rapid growth.

The BW Ventures PreXLR programme is very structured. There is a tight schedule which forces you to act and go out to collect data. The fact that you have a weekly call combined with a structured methodology made going out an collecting data so much easier. The methodology obviously is no improvisation and is thought/written out to a point that it reminds you more of a school curriculum.
